Contact information you or your representative provide during merchant onboarding, including business name, name, email address, and phone number.
Application and account information needed to process merchant applications.

How we use information

To process and service merchant applications.
To send transactional notifications (email and SMS) related to your application, such as a secure link to review and sign your application.

SMS / Text messaging

By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Payment CRM related to your merchant application (for example, an application review and signing link).
Message frequency is limited to application-related notifications.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No sharing of mobile / opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain application data as required to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
